TECH recommends our #601 Multi-Purpose (MP) repairs for bias nail hole repairs. MP repairs are produced with unique cross-weave reinforcement and thick chemical cushion gum that provides excellent performance in both radial and bias tires. MP repairs must be used to repair crown area punctures in conjunction with the appropriate Uni-Seal Ultra Stem as a 2-piece repair. The #601 has 20 repair patches per box.

TECH Uni-Seal Ultra Stems feature a lead wire for quick easy installation in prepared tire injuries. Each stem is wrapped with TECH’s thick chemical cushion gum which permanently fills, seals, and vulcanizes to the tire. #222 Permacure Reinforced Repair
Permacure is a nylon reinforced rubber insert wrapped with Tech’s gray chemical cushion gum. The 222 is designed to repair injuries in bias and radial passenger and light truck tires. Each plug insert is 3.75″ (95MM) in length. Tire Industry recommendations state that the tire should be demounted and repaired from the inside, using suitable rubber vulcanizing material and appropriate repair unit on the inner liner.
