The 291UL repairs up to 3/8″, 10mm injuries in the crown area of both radial and bias light truck, truck, agricultural and OTR tires. The 291UL cap has cross weave technology which allows the repair to flex, resist heat and reinforce the inner liner of the tire. The 291UL comes with a lead wire attached thus ensuring a simple and fast insertion of these repair units into the tire injury. TECH recommends our #601 Multi-Purpose (MP) repairs for bias nail hole repairs. MP repairs are produced with unique cross-weave reinforcement and thick chemical cushion gum that provides excellent performance in both radial and bias tires. MP repairs must be used to repair crown area punctures in conjunction with the appropriate Uni-Seal Ultra Stem as a 2-piece repair. The #601 has 20 repair patches per box.
