The 291UL repairs up to 3/8″, 10mm injuries in the crown area of both radial and bias light truck, truck, agricultural and OTR tires. The 291UL cap has cross weave technology which allows the repair to flex, resist heat and reinforce the inner liner of the tire. #220 Permacure II Reinforced Repair
Permacure II is a nylon reinforced rubber insert wrapped with Tech’s gray chemical cushion gum. The 220 is designed to repair 1/8″ (3mm) injuries in bias and radial passenger,motorcycle, ATV, lawn and garden, and light truck tires. All plug inserts are 3.75″ (95MM) in length. Tire Industry recommendations state that the tire should be demounted and repaired from the inside, using suitable rubber vulcanizing material and appropriate repair unit on the inner liner. TECH Uni-Seal Ultra Stems feature a lead wire for quick easy installation in prepared tire injuries. Each stem is wrapped with TECH’s thick chemical cushion gum which permanently fills, seals, and vulcanizes to the tire.
